The device has a drawer, which is pulled at a front side, and including a rear panel (3) that is provided on a rear side or that is reduced opposite to an utilization height of the drawer. An area, which is to be opened, is present in a rear side of the device. The area is formed by a cover with a horizontal rotation axis and by two hinge doors (4) with a perpendicular axis, where an opening angle of the cover is limited approximately to 90 degrees. An electrical heating body is arranged above the drawer and heats the device.
