The clip units are produced by deformation of circular edge areas and are engaged in an opening with a recess formed in the carrier. The clip units are formed at the carrier and are designed such that the units grip an edge of another opening (14) corresponding with sheet profile parts. Sleeves are provided at the reinforcing sheet metal part with a thread, and/or nuts are firmly arranged.
