The mechanism allows establishment of a clip connection that is stressable to pull against an inserting direction of connecting units of a component (1) e.g. bearing cover. The connecting units and edges of insertion openings in a fastening plate form the clip connection. The connecting units are inserted into the openings and locked at the edges of the openings. The connecting units have locking and stopping devices at its circumference.
