The device comprises a secondary reflector (12) arranged inside the closed chamber to reflect a part of light radiation admitted by the cover (2). The light radiation reflected by the secondary reflector, which is not illuminated directly by an illuminant (6), is partly reflected in the inner area. A housing (4) is mounted outside the closed chamber, and has a light outlet (8) pointed on a cover. An illuminant is arranged in the housing, in such a manner that a part of light radiation delivered by the illuminant is admitted, by the cover, in the closed chamber.
