The arrangement (1) has an absorber (2) for absorbing radiation (4), and a reflector body (3) for collecting the radiation and directing to the absorber. The reflector body forms a hollow chamber (32) reflecting the radiation and rejuvenating at an upper surface (31), and is arranged at a narrow tapered base (33) of the absorber. A secondary mirror arranged in the hollow chamber has a socket- or cone- or truncated cone shaped tapered body (51) with a tapered end on the absorber. An independent claim is also included for a collector array.
