The galley has connection units for mechanically connecting two structure units (11, 12), a sales counter shelf (61), a porch, fixtures, installation devices, trolleys and storage compartments that are provided on a base unit (10). Interfaces for accommodation of the installation devices in the galley are provided on the base unit. The connection unit and the interfaces are standardized such that the structure units, the shelf, the porch, the fixtures, the installation devices, the trolleys and the compartments are replaced against each other and installed at different positions.
