Connection units connect arrival and departure power cables, and are arranged in an upper region of a casing. Elongation units elongate the power cables from the connection units to a lower region of the casing, so that the device allows connection of a new electricity meter with connection terminals in the lower region of the support to receive an old electricity meter, with connection terminals in the upper region.
