The detector has an array of scintillation detectors, and a reflector layer that is formed by a binding agent matrix and particles. The particles formed from titanium oxide are stored in the matrix, where the matrix and the reflector layer are penetrated by micro-cavities. The matrix and the particles are separated from each other, where the particles are formed from a light-reflecting material. The binding agent is selected from a group of inorganic binding agents, where the matrix is formed from water glass. The particles have a size of less than 5 micrometers.
