The device has frames provided with raising devices (9) and unit for supporting and fixing (5a,5b,6a,6b) of fuel cells specimens, and fuel cells stack specimens (8) and a device for applying forces (3,4a,4b) at the fuel cells stack specimens. The frames have a frame part (2a) and another frame part (2b), which are connected with an upper brace (1a) and a lower brace (1b). The former frame part and the latter frame part are arranged along the upper brace and a lower brace in movable manner.
