The device has a drive wheel (12) integrated in a pipeline (10) e.g. channel, for producing kinetic energy, where the pipeline is connected with lower and upper cylinder capacities (9, 8). The capacities and the pipeline are filled with a fluid. Valves (14) are provided in the wheel and are controlled based on a flow direction of the fluid such that transmission of force is occurred by a fluid flow, and occurs in a side of the wheel. A sensor records upper and lower dead centers of a piston (6), and the valves are controlled based on the direction. The piston is connected to a cylinder (5).
