The exchanger (1) has a connecting unit (9) provided with a circular base (10), which is screwable or insertable in a shell (2) or is fixed with a bayonet cap. A tube connection (5) is arranged with a circular gap that is distanced from the base. A nozzle unit (16) is arranged at the outer side of the base. The nozzle unit comprises a nozzle wall extending away from the shell, where the nozzle is arranged in an area of free circulating edges adjacent to the tube connection in a sealed manner and is fixed with a welding seam at the tube connection.
