The arrangement has a heat exchanger (1) and a thermoelectric module i.e. Peltier module (4), which contacts the exchanger via fixing units e.g. screws, where the exchanger comprises a base plate (11, 21) that lies at the module. The base plate is made of aluminum containing material in an areawise manner. A reinforcement unit (6) is arranged in a fixing area (23a) of the fixing units. The reinforcement unit is made of a harder material such as high grade steel, where the reinforcement unit is arranged at an outer side of the plate.
