The device has a cam drive with an alternating number of rotated revolutions. The cam drive is provided with an actuated connection between a cam disk (9) and cam roller (8) containing roller lever (7). The roller lever is supported torque proof at a shaft. A grip is manufactured by a spring, which exercises unchanged contact pressure on the cam roller. A rotation speed dependent controlled pneumatic energy accumulator (12) is operated parallel to the spring by the roller lever on the cam roller for generating a rotation speed dependent traction.
