The method involves capturing an event of a person in a database from the communications network. A captured event is automatically observed regarding time implementation or realization. An automatic notification is sent to the person on the communications network, depending on the observed time implementation or realization of an event associated with the person. An independent claim is also included for a system for the partly automated management of events of persons, preferably of medical events, particularly preferred appointments to the vaccination of patients.
