The wart has an electronic circuit for voltage conversion (6) and a cable winding device (8) for an electrical connection cable (3), where the circuit and device are arranged in a cylindrical housing (1) of the wart. The circuit forms an inner part of a cable reel of the device and is surrounded by the housing. The cable reel is rotatably supported around an axis and connected with a retaining spring, which is prestressed by a cable trigger movement of the cable reel. The cable reel is arranged perpendicular to an insertion direction of a primary contact (2).
