A releasing input of the blocking circuit is provided downstream of another comparator (14.2). The comparator (14.2) adjusts the selected and blocked addressees against contents of another memory (15.2) with allowable addressees. The selected and blocked addressees are displayed on a display (20), release warning information (21), and are entered into the memory (15.2) by a transfer circuit (22).
