The present invention relates to analytical systems, based on porous material (1), for example, silicon, for highly parallel individual cell detection. In particular, the present invention relates to a porous silicon (1) having a multiplicity of continuous channels (2) and to the use thereof at least for cell separation, for cell lysis and purification of target molecules, for amplification of nucleic acid molecules or for detection of desired target molecules. The present invention also relates to an analytical method with the use of porous silicon (1). On the inner walls of the channels (2) are monoclonal antibodies (11) for cell separation and immobilized capture molecules (12) mounted for cell lysis and purification.
