The X-ray diagnosis apparatus has a dosage sensor using part of the scintillating light. The light-sensitive layer of the scintillator (14), in a housing (27), is over an active pixel matrix (15) on a glass substrate (20). An optically sensitive detector matrix (28) is under the glass substrate, as a sensor to measure dosage. The detector matrix is connected (31) to an electronic board (29).
