The element has optically active crystal (1) turning the polarization direction, which is structured in crystal area forming sub-aperture (2) without gap, parallel to beam incident surface (AF) and beam reflecting surface (EF). The beam reflecting surfaces are provided with homogeneous and beam forming structures. The crystal area has crystal thickness (d) between beam incident and beam reflecting surfaces, which differ for neighboring crystal area from each other.
