The device (1) has a measuring tool (5) connected with an industrial robot (2), where the tool has a measuring sensor (3) and a measuring platform (4), which is connected with a plate by six cable control displacement retainers (13-18). The tool has a T-shaped tool carrier (6), and a flange plate (7) is fastened at an external arm (8) of the robot. The flange plate is screwed or clamped at an end of the tool carrier, and the platform is provided at another end of the carrier, where the arm (8) is pivotably supported at another arm (9) of the robot by using a hinge.
