The device (1) has a steel part (2) and a nitinol part (3) with a connecting position (4) formed as supports or as projection in a pipe or sleeve shape. A connecting sleeve (5) engages and overlaps the steel part and the nitinol part. The connecting sleeve is connected with the steel part in a form fit manner through screwing, welding and riveting and with the nitinol part in a mechanical and form fit manner. The steel part and the nitinol part are connected with each another in a form fit manner.
