The device has bracelet links (1b, 1c), each comprising a male projecting part and a female recess with a lateral opening. The projecting part and the recess have respective spherical concave and convex surface portions. Each portion extends more than 180 degrees in a plane of the links for permitting integration of the links by engagement of the projecting part of one of the links and the recess of the other link via the lateral opening and by rotation of the links with respect to each other till the portions are embedded.
