Use of the content of platelets or platelet rich plasma (I) (obtained by disruption of their membranes) for the preparation of an agent (A) for the treatment of bone, cartilage or skin. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing (A) comprising subjecting (I) to sonification at 0-37 [deg]C leading to a disruption of the platelet membranes and a release of their content.
