The arrangement has a table (4) adjustable in a plane and provided for accommodating an object (3), and a lens (5) provided for producing working fields. A laminar adjustment structure is coupled with a table movement and consists of a single structure, whose arrangement is adapted to the sequential positioning of the work fields. A measuring system recognizes the single structure in a level of table adjustment and consists of a lighting device (10), a fixed measuring lens (12) and an observation camera (11) with a receiver (13) positioned fixedly to a measuring axis of the measuring object.
