The formwork (1) has a ventilation construction (3) forming an airspace (4) for circulating air. Cladding elements (5) are fixed to the ventilation construction. The airspace lays between a water proof layer (6) and the cladding elements. A rear watering gap (7) is provided at a different height, and includes a lower joining boundary surface (7a) extending from an external side (5b) to an inner side (5a) of the cladding elements. The joining boundary surface is inclined downward from the external side to the inner side, so that rain water flows at the joining boundary surface in the airspace.
