摘要

The cell has a solid electrolyte located in an oxygen containing atmosphere. A conductive layer functions as an electrode and is superimposed on front and rear sides of the solid electrolyte. The conductive layer is provided in such a manner that an assembly reaction of oxygen-ions into the electrolyte operates with high rate during incident of light radiation on the front or outer side than at rear or inner side that is not exposed to light. The light radiation is occurred by a glass plate, where the surface of the glass plate is provided with a coating.
