The clamp (1) has an upper pressure plate (6) and a lower pressure plate (2), where pressure is exerted on a cap with a spindle coupled with a compression spring (5). The cap is detached by the rotation of the upper pressure plate, if the pressure is high. A lining of arbitrary anti-skid materials such as rubber and plastic, is provided on the upper and lower pressure plates, and a centering aid is provided with a metal ring (8).
