The chassis has a frame (10) with two frame sections (10a, 10b), which are made of different materials, where the frame section (10a) includes a fiber reinforced composite material and the other frame section (10b) includes another material, in particular steel and/or aluminum. The sections have a neck area (11) and a main frame area (12), respectively arranged in front and behind in a driving direction. The section (10b) includes a supporting frame construction (15). The section (10a) has multiple longitudinal elements (14) arranged in the driving direction.
