The plug (1) has an electrically insulating filling material (22) partially filling in an inner area of a heating pipe (2). An electrically conductive, ceramic heating material is arranged in the inner area of the heating pipe. The heating material is indirectly and electrically connected with a heat pipe at a contact area (16). The heating material is partially surrounded by the filling material. The heating material is solidified by a thermal effect.
