The system (1) has an interactive application development system (2) that is provided as a graphical use interface (3) for a user, and a compiler (5) converting representations and animations, where the representations are provided by the user. The converted data are transmitted and are represented on a system associated LED matrix (8) with control electronics (7). The representations and animations are provided for other users and are compared with parameter values to indicate fulfilled, non-fulfilled and over-fulfilled conditions to the users.
