The hoisting device has an engaging part (4) for engaging at a rock drawing device (1) at a body part (3). A compensator part (6) projects to a plaster pavement between the sides of the body part such that a downward force (K1) applied by an operator on one of the sides of the body part is transformed over the compensator part into an upward force (K2) at the engaging part, which is transferred to the rock drawing device. The body part has a tread part (5) for the foot of the operator at the side.
