The synchronous machine has a ferromagnetic impeller with two pole lines (4a,4b) in a moving direction. Both pole lines are shifted together around a pole pitch in moving direction, where a winding (3) runs for adjusting an exciter field, is arranged between the pole lines of an impeller (6). An induced voltage of winding phases (2a,2b,2c) of a stator arrangement (1), is formed from the exciter field section of the pole lines, as well as a constant exciter field section of the pole gaps. The winding is spatially connected with the stator arrangement in a fixed manner.
