The telescope has a transmitting telescope (S) and a receiving telescope (E) fixedly connected with each other. Diverse adjusting units e.g. 90 degree deflecting prisms and mirrors, are aligned orthogonal to each other, where the whole satellite is formed from partially pre-aligned, optical and mechanical components. A highly adjustable adapting part or an adapter (2) is arranged on a base (1), and an azimuth base part (4) is adjustably arranged on the adapter. An azimuth platform (5) is rotatably supported on the base part about an azimuth axis (7).
