The arrangement has two retaining arms (14), which are laterally arranged from a frame component, where the arms are provided for holding a component carrier i.e. battery box (10). The retaining arm is fixed at a base part (48), in an attachment area (54), and is indirectly fixed over a flange area (56) at the component. The base part tapers from the attachment area to the flange area in cross section, and is essentially designed in t-shape. The attachment area and the flange area run parallel to each other, where the base part is made of cast iron.
