Rolling bearing seal (14) comprises a sealing lip arrangement having radial sealing lips (20, 22) arranged behind each other in the direction of the bearing axis. The advancing ring edge of a cylindrical ring section (28) of a ring element (26) form a ramp (32) for the sealing lips. The first sealing lip is arranged on the cylindrical ring section of the ring element and the second sealing lip is arranged on the ramp. An independent claim is also included for a rolling bearing with the above rolling bearing seal. Preferred Features: The ring element is made from stainless steel and is mounted on a bearing ring (6).
