The method involves providing a shaping framework made of construction steel. A reinforcing grill (12) is coated with a binding material (16), which fills the meshes of the reinforcing grill. A motor is applied on the binding material as concrete layer after hardening the binding material. Another motor is applied on another concrete layer after hardening another binding material. A third sealant is coated as protecting layer, which fills the crack formation of the later concrete layer. A coated surface is used as a third sealant, which is mixed with a weatherproof coating.
