The connector (1) has a pre-finished pressurizing adhesive partially placed in a hollow bar borehole (2) of a hollow bar. A crack valve is provided at a side of an anchor head, and a plunger is positioned at a side of an anchor base. An outer surface of the connector is temporarily coated with a filled glue e.g. nano adhesive (9). The glue is provided with an admixed filler material e.g. corundum and steel chips, for increasing adhesion. A welding point or an arresting section (35) is attached on the outer surface. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method of manufacturing a hollow bar shear connector (2) a method of hardening a pressurizing adhesive in an anchor borehole.
