Piezo-ceramic material with a mixing system comprises a bismuth-Perovskite and at least a further bismuth-Perovskite, where the bismuth-Perovskite exhibits a stoichiometric composition and the further bismuth Perovskite beside bismuth ion exhibits at least a trivalent metal with an internal radius of greater than 0.08 nm. Piezo-ceramic material comprises a mixing system comprising a bismuth-Perovskite and at least a further bismuth-Perovskite, where the bismuth-Perovskite exhibits a stoichiometric composition of formula (Bi(0.5)Na(0.5)TiO 3) and the further bismuth Perovskite beside bismuth ion (Bi 3 +) exhibits at least a trivalent metal with an internal radius of greater than 0.08 nm. An independent claim is included for the preparation of piezo-ceramic material comprising providing a piezo-ceramic precursor composition of the piezo-ceramic material and heating the piezo-ceramic precursor composition.
