The device (1) has a locking unit i.e. latch (25-27), acting along with a locking unit-anti body and an actuator i.e. electromagnets (51), such that a roll over body is released for transferring into a supporting position in a crash fall. The locking unit-anti body is formed by a locking bar (37), locking bolts and a locking bracket. The locking unit is guided to a cam of a housing-type base plate formed by housing-type base (3) and is actuated by the actuator in the fall such that the locking unit implements movement releasing of the unit-anti body at the cam.
