The method involves presenting fluorescent structure, suitable for quantitative position indication, on the carrier of the object, which is used for microscope, with objects which are to be examined. The suitable structure is realized by an optical structured fluorescent photo resist with a masking process for position indication. A silicon dioxide layer is sputtered for passivation and for the protection of the structure.
