Plant extract combination (I), for hair care, preferably for reducing the oxidative hair damage, reducing the scalp irritation, preferably scalp reddening, and/or reducing the sensory irritation of the scalp, preferably pricking or itching, comprises at least two different plant extracts comprising Lonicera japonicaflower extract, Glycyrrhiza uralensisroot extract, Pueraria lobataroot extract, Angelica sinensisroot extract and Sophora japonica L.flower and/or buds extract. Independent claims are included for: (1) an agent comprising (I) in a carrier; (2) treating hair comprising applying a cosmetic agent containing (I) on the hair and optionally rinsing after an impact time; and (3) a packing unit comprising an oxidative cosmetic agent containing an oxidant in a first container and the cosmetic agent in the second container.
