The system (5) has a control gear with an elliptic drive part connected with a rotor of an electric motor of a control device (11) in a torque proof manner. An externally geared deformable ring part surrounds the drive part in a circumferential direction and is supported on the drive part by a drive bearing. The control device is arranged in an area of a steering wheel (6) to directly attach an internally geared output part to a steering wheel support in a torque proof manner. The wheel is connected with a steering gear (8) by a steering shaft (7).
