The strip has a substrate (10) provided with longitudinal and transverse threads (12, 14) i.e. mono filament threads, where the substrate is coated with layers of coating materials including different characteristics. The layers of the coating materials are formed with a polymer material i.e. polyurethane. A fabric with the longitudinal threads extends in a strip longitudinal direction, and the transverse threads extend in a strip transverse direction.
