The procedure for combined mechanic-hydraulic-chemical descaling of metal surface, comprises mechanically and/or hydraulically treating and reducing the material (6) to be descaled in a high pressure sink unit. Pre-etching is upstream process (5) stage of a primary crusher (1). Acid is sprayed with high pressure on the scale layer under the acid surface in the pre-etching or end-etching. In the pre-etching and/or end-etching (2), acid with not yet dissolved, washed up scale is sucked away and is supplied to an external acid regeneration. The procedure for combined mechanic-hydraulic-chemical descaling of metal surface, comprises mechanically and/or hydraulically treating and reducing the material (6) to be descaled in a high pressure sink unit. Pre-etching is upstream process (5) stage of a primary crusher (1). Acid is sprayed with high pressure on the scale layer under the acid surface in the pre-etching or end-etching. In the pre-etching and/or end-etching (2), acid with not yet dissolved, washed up scale is sucked away and is supplied to an external acid regeneration. The regenerated acid is led back again into the acid bath. The remaining acid and scale are removed with high pressure in downstream process stage. An independent claim is included for a device for combined mechanic-hydraulic-chemical descaling of metal surface.
