The procedure for combined mechanic-hydraulic-chemical descaling of metal surface, comprises mechanically and/or hydraulically treating and reducing the material (6) to be descaled in a high pressure sink unit. Pre-etching is upstream process (5) stage of a primary crusher (1). Acid is sprayed with high pressure on the scale layer under the acid surface in the pre-etching or end-etching. In the pre-etching and/or end-etching (2), acid with not yet dissolved, washed up scale is sucked away and is supplied to an external acid regeneration. The procedure for combined mechanic-hydraulic-chemical descaling of metal surface, comprises mechanically and/or hydraulically treating and reducing the material (6) to be descaled in a high pressure sink unit.
