The differential manometric sensor (1) has a base body (2). A separating membrane (3,9) is arranged on the base body. A pressure (p1) acts on the outer side in measuring mode. The pressure receiving chamber (5) locks in the base body. The differential pressure sensor (25) is arranged in a recess (23) in the base body. The pressure sensitive measuring membrane (27) lies in a level, which runs perpendicular to the level in which separating membrane (3,9) lies. The recess is divided into two pressure measuring chamber (29,31), which are connected with two overload chambers (15,19).
