The machine tool for processing crank web radius transition of highly contaminated workpiece on rod- and main bearings (2, 3) of crankshaft (1) for internal combustion engine, comprises a processing device, which is led by two orthogonal computer numerical control (CNC) machine axes X and Y in simultaneous high-current led with the workpiece rotation axis C (13) flowing through the middle axis of the main bearing in very shorter defined distance relative to the workpiece surface to be processed in circular path without causing or controlling the movement system for contacting the workpieces. The machine tool for processing crank web radius transition of highly contaminated workpiece on rod- and main bearings (2, 3) of crankshaft (1) for internal combustion engine, comprises a processing device, which is led by two orthogonal computer numerical control (CNC) machine axes X and Y in simultaneous high-current led with the workpiece rotation axis C (13) flowing through the middle axis of the main bearing in very shorter defined distance relative to the workpiece surface to be processed in a circular path without causing or controlling the movement system for contacting the workpieces. The CNC machine axes are linearly standing with one another. A harder blow ball is used as a tool in comparison with the material of the workpiece and carries out the reinforcing movement through hammering on the workpiece surface. The relative machine movement and the processing device completely coupled with the movement of the blow ball are implemented for bringing the internal compressive pressure in the workpiece. The compressive pressure exists itself during pulse introduction in the workpiece in rotation. The rod- and main bearings sequentially operate one after another under use of an additional machine axis Z for the axial relative workpiece positioning in a clamping. A second processing device is positioned opposite to the first processing device over two orthogonal machine axes U and V. The operation of the both crank webs radius transitions is simultaneously carried out parallel to two sides. The processing device is braced on a side opposite to the workpiece through a support roller or a support prism. The axis and/or bearing point of the support roller and/or support prism is adjusted over one or several driven machine axes of the workpiece surface. The processing device is connected on the bearing position of the rod- and main bearings with the help of two machine axes. The radius transitions of the rod- and main bearings to the adjoining crank webs are to be processed. The workpiece progresses a non-uniform rotation by controllable rotation drive during the processing. An independent claim is included for a processing device for machine tool.
