The tube (1) is made from thermoplastic plastic with a flexible tube sheath (3), which has a unilaterally approximately circular tube shoulder (4). A tube neck (5) is arranged from the shoulder (4) with a sampling opening (19) and a restraint which allows access to a cap (2). Tube coating (3) is joined to the shoulder and the diameter of the coating is no greater than the diameter of the tube shoulder (4). The tube coating is arranged on at least two diametrically opposite sides having two parallel boundary lines (9) to each other.
