The device comprises an input module (10), a pressure module (12), a check module (15) and an output module (18). A block of linear successively fitted processing modules is arranged. The other block (1.4) of processing modules is arranged with respect to parallel staggered line (1.2) of longitudinal axis (1.1) defined by linear order of the processing modules. The two blocks are connected by a transportation module (13) adequate for transporting the documents with respect to longitudinal axis in perpendicular direction.
