The fuel injection device has an injector (10) with a nozzle (104), which has a needle (1041) operating according to the change of a pressure in a control chamber (108) to open or close an injecting hole (106). A control valve (109) is selectively connected with a low pressure chamber (112). An anti pressure valve (27) controls the pressure in the low pressure chamber to a predetermined pressure. A filling passage (29) guides the high pressure fuel downstream to a section of a recirculation passage (26), which lies upstream the anti-pressure valve. An independent claim is also included for a differential pressure control valve of a fuel injecting device.
