The device has a fresh air quantity reducing device reducing fresh air quantity, which is accommodated in an inlet system of a diesel machine (10), under a load. The machine has an occlusion unit (38), which occludes nitrogen oxides, when an air-fuel ratio is small, and outputs the nitrogen oxides, when the air-fuel ratio is large. An injection amount increasing device gradually increases the injection amount of an injector in accordance with gradual decrease of the oxygen quantity flowing into a combustion chamber (26), when the fresh air quantity is reduced. An independent claim is also included for a fuel injection control method for controlling a fuel injection of an internal-combustion engine by operating an injector of a machine.
